	Clergy Corporate Card Benefit Account reconciliation, Account allocation and control with users.
	Payroll Administration including Superannuation payments.
	Keep Treasurer up-to-date with changes in award conditions for Lay Employee'.
	Reconciliation of Bank accounts monthly.
	Maintaining up-to-date information of bank account balances and any necessary transfers between accounts.
	Provide regular (at least monthly) backup and transfer of accounts to Church Computer.
	Prepare annual accounts for audit and presentation to the Church AGM.
	Annual Diocese Assessment documentation.
	Group Certificates and Payment Summary.
	Prepare annual Work Cover Return.
	Provide the necessary monthly reports which will include, Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheet, Account Transactions (payments and receipts and any agreed "Job" or "Class" analysis.
	Keep the Treasurer up-to-date with changes to Clergy and Authorised Stipendiary Lay Ministers Stipend Determinations.
	Prepare the necessary MRF documentation for advice to Clergy, ASLM's and the Diocese
	Provide assistance to the Treasurer with necessary data for the preparation of Budgets and subsequent monthly allocation to the General Ledger.
	Provision of Cash Flow forecast as required
